This Agreement Contract is made on ________________ (Date) between the Client
_________________ (Name of the Client), __________________(address) and The
Provider ___________________________________ (Name of the provider) (address)
regarding the website maintenance which is hosted at _________________________
(domain address)
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES AS UNDER:
- ____________________ (Client) HEREBY referred as “Client” is the party receiving the
service of website maintenance.
- ____________________ (Provider) HEREBY referred as “Provider” is the party Providing
the service of website maintenance.
- The agreement with the client is agreed for a time period of ________________ (no of
years) from the date of this agreement which Is from ___________________ (start date) to
_______________________ (end date). This can be modified with the consent of both the
parties.
- Any confidential information between the parties shall be duly maintained. In case, it’s
misused, the other has the right to take actions on it.
- [Provider name] shall provide maintenance to [Client name]’s website, [Website URL].
This may include adding pages, modifying existing pages, and performing changes to
applications, databases, templates and scripts.
- [Provider name] does not include site redesigning, custom art, or custom scripts in its
services. Also excluded are fees associated with web site hosting, domain name registration,
and credit card processing.
- Provide provider agrees to not use the images resources or other elements outside of
client’s website.
- Monthly charges of _________________ (Rs.5000) shall be paid by the by the client to
the provider as the maintenance charge
The client is eligible for a maximum of eight hours per month of maintenance time
- An additional charge of ___________________ (Rs.500) per hour shall be levied upon
the maintenance time per month has exceeded.
- During the course of above-mentioned period the total amount of in words Rs.
___________________ to be paid by the borrower to the owner.
- B if there is any delay in payment for more than one month, an interest of 10% per
annum shall be charged on principle amount.
- In case the client wants to terminate the agreement prior to its end date, it has to give
one-month prior notice the firm in the regard.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above stated points, both the parties
acknowledge this and agree as follows:
