This Agreement Contract is made on ________________ (Date) between the Client

_________________ (Name of the Client), __________________(address) and The

Provider ___________________________________ (Name of the provider) (address)

regarding the website maintenance which is hosted at _________________________

(domain address)

NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSES AS UNDER:

  1. ____________________ (Client) HEREBY referred as “Client” is the party receiving the

service of website maintenance.

  1. ____________________ (Provider) HEREBY referred as “Provider” is the party Providing

the service of website maintenance.

  1. The agreement with the client is agreed for a time period of ________________ (no of

years) from the date of this agreement which Is from ___________________ (start date) to

_______________________ (end date). This can be modified with the consent of both the

parties.

  1. Any confidential information between the parties shall be duly maintained. In case, it’s

misused, the other has the right to take actions on it.

  1. [Provider name] shall provide maintenance to [Client name]’s website, [Website URL].

This may include adding pages, modifying existing pages, and performing changes to

applications, databases, templates and scripts.

  1. [Provider name] does not include site redesigning, custom art, or custom scripts in its

services. Also excluded are fees associated with web site hosting, domain name registration,

and credit card processing.

  1. Provide provider agrees to not use the images resources or other elements outside of

client’s website.

  1. Monthly charges of _________________ (Rs.5000) shall be paid by the by the client to

the provider as the maintenance charge

The client is eligible for a maximum of eight hours per month of maintenance time

  1. An additional charge of ___________________ (Rs.500) per hour shall be levied upon

the maintenance time per month has exceeded.

  1. During the course of above-mentioned period the total amount of in words Rs.

___________________ to be paid by the borrower to the owner.

 

  1. B if there is any delay in payment for more than one month, an interest of 10% per

annum shall be charged on principle amount.

  1. In case the client wants to terminate the agreement prior to its end date, it has to give

one-month prior notice the firm in the regard.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above stated points, both the parties

acknowledge this and agree as follows:
